Our house sour ‘Zuur’ is our most experimental recipe that changes with every batch.
We mix different hops and fruits into the native puckering flavours to exhibit a wide variety of experiences to our drinkers.
Zuur Blackberry. The sharp sourness of the base Zuur has been tempered and rounded with the addition of local Blackberries. It presents as a glorious and refreshing tartness where lemon sherbet collides with juice to leave something that’s neither and far greater than the sum of its parts.
